While his primary career has been in golf operations and management, his instructional expertise is well documented in his professional profile and public engagements.
Johnny specializes in all aspects of golf instruction, with a particular emphasis on working with juniors, amateurs, collegiate players, and professionals to help them take their game to the next level. Joaquin Herbozo is a PGA Member with experience in the golf industry since 2003. During his time with DeBell GC he has been involved in many projects and continues to oversee the facilities day to day operations. His vast clientele includes collegiate athletes, corporate executives, the entertainment industry and aspiring golfers of all skill levels. His passion for the game started at a young age and he has turned that passion into a career. Joaquin is a graduate of the Golf Academy of America receiving an A.A.B. in Business and Golf Operation. During his college years he has played in numerous Amateur tournaments and now continues to master his skill in professional events. His unique ability to adapt to golfers swings and create a mutual understanding of the fundamentals of the swing is a quality unmatched in our industry.

Jeffrey Barber is a golf professional with over 30 years of teaching and playing experience. His passion started at a young age from the influence of his grandfather Jerry Barber (PGA Champion in 1961) and his father Tom Barber who are both SCPGA Hall of Fame members. Jeffrey caddied on the champions tour for many players such as Jeffry Barber, Jerry McGee, Charlie Coody and Jim Dent to name a few. He learned from some of the greatest players on the tour while inside the ropes and shares his experiences with his clients. Jeff also spent 15 years teaching and managing the pro shop at Griffith Parks Harding and Wilson golf Courses. He also spent 7 years as the Director of Instruction at the Tregnan Golf Academy. Placing most of his attention to junior golf. Jeff’s passion is teaching golf to all age levels, from juniors to adults and seniors, helping all to be the best player they can be.
